<p>Rohilla brings 12 years of expertise in Field implementation and community mobilization to DAR-THE VOICE OF THE POOR FOUNDATION. With a deep background in the Activities of other membership organizations nec sector in India, they have worked across states including Jammu and Kashmir building programs that combine rigour with compassion. Prior to joining DAR-THE VOICE OF THE POOR FOUNDATION, Rohilla held senior roles in government, civil society, and international development organizations, developing an intimate understanding of the systemic barriers facing underserved communities in India. They are known for a collaborative leadership style, commitment to evidence, and an unshakeable belief in the dignity and potential of every person DAR-THE VOICE OF THE POOR FOUNDATION serves.</p>
